National Chopper Club
Present
3rd Annual Custom & Classic
June 9th 2001 - Starts 12am
Sunnydene Lodge, Howden-Le-Wear,
Near Crook, Co Durham.

For the last two years, the Newcastle NCC have booked the best bands, shown the best bikes and arranged the best weather for their custom show. An excellent turnout of people for the one day event has rapidly built the show into a popular and respected event, with folks travelling from far and wide to see the superb selection of custom & classic bikes, meet up with old friends, chill out and pig out on the obligatory roast Hog.

A wide variety of people and bikes in attendance means that it's a great day out for all the family, with plenty to see in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Streetfighters park side by side with traditional Choppers, old classics and trikes, so whatever your taste in motorcycles, there is something to suit or inspire everybody. A selection of prizes means that the owners can receive some recognition for the many hours (or indeed months ) spent building their dream machine. Although a lot of bikes are Club owned and built, an impressive array of public bikes are always apparent, making the judging a very challenging task. A lot of unusual bikes are on display too, with Moto Guzzi lowriders, Triumph Streetfighters and the like - with the owners always willing to chat to interested people.

The band and the bar also make the show a very social event, not just aimed at dedicated bikers, but also towards the merely curious. All in all, the Show is a great day out, a huge success and is rapidly growing from strength to strength. See you there !!
