Steve NCC Kernow

Suzuki GSX1100F 1989, One off frame built by my good self.

Pie cut stainless exhaust and end cans fabricated by me and final welded by a Dan Wade @wadeweldfab. Bandit wheels, GSX750 fork bottoms with DT 125 tubes. One off bars by me. Wired by me. Headlight an eBay special.

One off forward controls. Powder coated frame in Kawasaki green. Wheels Powder coated black lava by Bumpys Customs Treviscoe Cornwall. Tank painted by Dave Harris, Whitecross Cornwall.

Wayne NCC Mercia

The original bike was a 20k 2005 XJR 1300. Frame rear guard, stainless struts and front peg mounts by Briz at Custom Cycle Development. Wheels are Triumph Tiger 800 with stainless spokes and powder coated rims. Front pegs and brake master cylinder are modified XJR. K&N filters. King Sportster tank. Seat covered by Kev at Donisthorpe. Pipes polished by Hi-pol in Fareham. XJR legs with wide glide yokes, spacers and spindle by Billet Bike Bits. Seat base, rear micro lights, tank modified and mounted, stainless electrics box and chain guard by Ralfys Customs. Stainless pipes by Maf at Expressive Motorcycles. Paint by Micky Stitch. Tiger rear caliper/disc and xjr front calipers with tiger discs. All singing and dancing speedo/rev counter by Acewell switches and electrickery by Motogadget, 15" apes, Hel oil cooler, Dyna coils, Lithium battery. Other bits of machining by Rich.
Over 30 years in the club and going strong. Might do a bagger next to upset a few people and because I'm getting old! Thanks to Sam NCC Mercia for his help.

Mo NCC Kernow

Harley Davidson 1340 Evo engine and box.
S&S Super E carb, Ultima 3" open primary.
12" overs with raked yokes and 60 spoke wheels. 120/19 front and 250/18 rear. Hawg Halter front brake and sprocket brake. Hand controls, forwards and tank and mudguard from Demons Cycle. Frame, oil tank, bars, pipes and everything else by Dale Rearden at Hellstown Choppers.

Bloodrunner Bandit 1200

  • Engine:
    Bandit 1200, Stage 3 Dyno jet kit with K&N dual pod filter setup by Richard at K&N UK with Gas flowed and ported head, Hindle headers with custom made under seat twin exhausts with 90⁰ internal baffles, offset front drive sprocket, window engine cases by Graham, Earls oil cooler and braided lines with black anodised fittings.
  • Frame:
    Bandit 1200 with rear subframe removed and new fabricated to take seat unit and main frame widen and strengthen to take the 240 Triumph wheel.
  • Front End:
    Triumph Speed Triple 1050 USD forks with Race Tech cartridge kit, Brembo radial calipers and wheel has been widen to take 180/55 17 Avon. Yokes custom made with alloy tubing and handlebars screw fitting into top yoke, one off hand grips, internal throttle by Exile Cycles and Rebuffini Comet hand controls and switchgear.
  • Rear End:
    Triumph Speed Triple 1050 brake and hub, Gsxr 1000 rear master cylinder, Bandit shock absorber with 20mm lowering links, custom made alloy tubed single side swingarm with Triumph wheel been widen to take 240/35 18 Avon.
  • Electrics:
    One off loom by Nige Bamber, Oberon billet black headlight and Motogadget motoscope mini and speedo pickup.
  • Body work:
    Front mudguard is custom made widen copy of the original Triumph Speed Triple 1050 by Unatec, Bandit 1200 fuel tank with Oberon filler cap and seat unit custom made by Street Machines in Germany, custom made seat. Hydro-dipped carbon paintwork by Jason @ Unit 24.
  • Polishing:
    By Steelhart Engineering and Kermit.
  • Engineering:
    Yokes, frame, subframe, swingarm, exhausts, wheel spindle and spacers all by Lee @ Steelhart Engineering.
  • Other:
    Rear light bezel, frame infills and oil cooler brackets by D&N Engineering.

Logic NCC Cumbria

  • Engine:
    1988 Suzuki GSX-R 750. Earls oil cooler with braided steel hoses. Standard carbs jetted to suit K+N filters. One off stainless 4 into 2 exhaust and silencers by owner.
  • Frame:
    One-off rigid by owner in 1 1/4” seamless tube by owner. Fully TIG welded.
  • Front End:
    1988 Suzuki GSX-R 750 forks wheel and brakes. Slab yokes by Psycho Bikes, Herefordshire. Fork brace, brake splitter, and handlebars by owner. Fibreglass mudguard modified to mount to fork brace by owner. Koso digital speedo with stainless cover. Bates style headlight, custom indicators.
  • Rear End:
    1988 GSX-R 750 wheel and brake. Custom mudguard modified to fit with welded on struts. Custom tail light with stainless cover by owner. Custom indicators.
  • Miscellaneous:
    One-off fuel tank. Electric and battery boxes, chainguard, and air filter covers in stainless by owner. Sprung solo seat.
  • Paint and finish:
    Frame, wheels, rear mudguard, and handlebars powder coated by NB Coatings, Pontefract. Tank and front mudguard painted by Simon. Polishing by owner.
